About Me

I am a pastor, author, and ministry coach with over 24 years of experience in ministry. Throughout my journey, I have planted several churches and currently oversee over 31 churches worldwide. My passion extends beyond pastoring, as I deeply enjoy coaching pastors and training leaders. The same dedication I give to the network of churches is available to those who simply need a friend in ministry or a fresh perspective on a situation. Finding balance in life and ministry can be difficult, but it is possible. I believe that a healthy leader can have a healthy family and a healthy church. The opposite, however, is also true - an unhealthy leader will most likely lead to an unhealthy family and an unhealthy church.

The Challenge of Ministry
​
Ministry can be incredibly rewarding but also immensely challenging. According to the Barna Group, 46% of pastors under the age of 45 are considering quitting full-time ministry, compared to 34% of pastors aged 45 and older. Only one in three pastors is considered “healthy” in terms of well-being. As a pastor, I understand the difficulties and the loneliness that often accompanies ministry. Whether you are just starting out or have decades of experience, there are times when an external perspective can be invaluable.

The Reality of Pastoral Stress
​
A Lifeway Study highlights that most pastors face significant mental challenges, with 63% pointing to stress as a major issue. Nearly half of pastors report discouragement (48%) and distraction (48%) as challenges, while loneliness or lack of friendship (28%), depression (18%), and lack of contentment (17%) are also common struggles.
